General Plumbing & Repairs  

From fixing leaks and burst pipes to installing new taps and toilets, we handle all general plumbing maintenance and repairs for homes and businesses.

Pricing:

  • $80 service call
  • $120 per hour (minimum 1 hour)
  • Travel allowance up to 10 km included

 
Drainage & Blocked Drains  

Blocked drains can be a real hassle. We use professional drain-cleaning equipment, including cameras and locating tools, to clear blockages and keep your drains flowing properly.

Pricing:

  • $320 for the first hour (includes camera & locating equipment)
  • $60 per hour after the first for the equipment and $120 per hour for labour.
Hot Water Systems  

We install, service, and replace gas and electric hot water systems.

Pricing:

  • Electric hot water system changeover: $650 + cost of unit
  • Gas instantaneous hot water system changeover: $550 + cost of unit

Additional costs apply for valve replacements or pipework relocation.

Roof Plumbing & Stormwater  

We handle roof plumbing, including gutter repairs, down pipe replacements, and stormwater drainage. Keeping your roof drainage system in good shape helps prevent leaks and water damage to your home.

Pricing:

  • Custom quotes based on job requirements

Work is based on safe access. If roof access requires scaffolding or specialized equipment, this will be included in the quote.

Renovations & New Builds  

Planning a bathroom, kitchen, or laundry renovation? We install all plumbing fixtures, hot and cold water lines, and drainage, ensuring everything is set up correctly for your new space.

Pricing:

  • $750 per fixture (hot/cold water & fitting off)
  • $110 per meter for drainage
  • Appliance installations quoted separately

Plumbing connections will be made where accessible. If additional demolition or relocation is required, this will be quoted separately.

Gas Fitting & Servicing  

We are fully licensed for Type A gas installations, servicing, and conversions, ensuring your gas appliances and systems operate safely and efficiently. All gas servicing follows the latest Victorian Building Authority (VBA) requirements, including mandatory checklists and compliance reports lodged with the VBA.

Pricing:

  • General Gas Safety Check: $450 (Includes full inspection of all gas appliances, pipework, and ventilation to ensure compliance and detect potential issues.)
  • Gas Appliance Servicing: $350 per appliance (compliance report lodged with the VBA)

Additional charges may apply for parts, safety upgrades, or repairs required to meet compliance standards.

Cold Water Service Replacement  

If your water lines need replacing, we offer full cold and hot water replacement services.

Pricing:

  • Cold water only: $250 per fixture
  • Cold + hot water: $400 per fixture

Connections will be made where existing pipes are accessible. Additional charges apply for difficult access, excavation, or if pipe rerouting is required.

Underground Drainage Installation  

We install stormwater and sewer drainage systems for new builds, extensions, and replacements.

Pricing:

  • Stormwater drainage: $80 per linear meter
  • Sewer drainage (up to 1.5m deep): $110 per linear meter

Price includes standard trenching and installation. Additional costs apply for rocky ground, deeper excavation, or obstructions like rock or fuel tanks. Connection to existing systems assumes compatibility and property sewer points have been installed. Check civil for sewer points etc.

Appliance Repair and Installs

We handle repairs and installations for household and commercial appliances. On-site repairs are available where possible, and off-site servicing can be arranged when required. 

Pricing:

  • $80 service call
  • $120 per hour (minimum 1 hour)
  • Travel allowance up to 10 km included


Septic System Installs

We install, maintain, and repair all types of septic systems, ensuring proper wastewater management for residential and commercial properties.  

Pricing:

  • Custom quotes based on job requirements.



Civil Works

As a GWM certified contractor, we carry out water and sewer main extensions, infrastructure upgrades, and related civil works in compliance with industry regulations.

After-Hours Emergency Call-Outs  

For urgent plumbing issues outside normal hours, emergency call-out services are available.

Pricing:

  • $380 after-hours call-out (includes first 2 hours)
  • Additional time charged at double the trades person’s rate
  • After-hours: 6 PM–7 AM (Mon–Fri) & all weekend (Fri 6 PM – Mon 7 AM)

Emergency work is limited to restoring basic function or isolating the problem. Permanent repairs may require a follow-up visit.

All Jobs that require a compliance certificate will be emailed to the customer.
