Disclaimer: The provided pricing is a quote and subject to revision based on original documentation and plans. Changes to these will result in a revised quote.

Additional Work: Any additional work outside the original scope will be estimated separately and will not commence until agreed upon by the client.

Variation Works: Any variation works affecting construction flow will be charged at $120/hr + GST.

Unforeseen Circumstances:  Any unforeseen costs involved in the job are charged as extras or may be passed onto the customer prior to recommencing work. Some examples are underground fuel tanks, underground rock, existing non-compliant works, unknown underground services and undetectable services. 

Inclusions: The price includes both materials and labor.

Written Intent: Written intent is required before work begins.

Payment Claims: Upon receipt of written intent, payment claims are governed by the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act 2009.

Quote Validity: The quote is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

Payment Terms:
​- 30% deposit is required before work starts.
​- Full payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
​- Late fees will apply to overdue invoices.
